US Attorney Alina Habba announced federal charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver for assaulting ICE agents.
“Today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111(a)(1) for assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement,” Alina Habba said on Monday evening.

ICE bodycam footage showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.

Democrat members of Congress and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka went to ‘inspect’ the Delaney Hall detention facility in New Jersey when a violent altercation broke out amid a breach.
Rep. Monica McIver was seen laying hands on agents during the altercation and chaos.

It’s a federal charge. Trial may be quick. Maybe a jury won’t be needed. She may plead no contest, and get 15 days in the pokey with community service. Light or minimal penalty like the idiot Jamal Bowman.
