US Attorney Alina Habba announced federal charges against Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver for assaulting ICE agents.
“Today my office has charged Congresswoman McIver with violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 111(a)(1) for assaulting, impeding and interfering with law enforcement,” Alina Habba said on Monday evening.
...
ICE bodycam footage showed Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver verbally abusing and physically assaulting federal agents at a detention facility in Newark.
Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver (woman in the red jacket) physically attacked ICE agents at Delaney Hall detention facility in Newark, New Jersey, on Friday.
Democrat members of Congress and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka went to ‘inspect’ the Delaney Hall detention facility in New Jersey when a violent altercation broke out amid a breach.
Rep. Monica McIver was seen laying hands on agents during the altercation and chaos.
Your move Cortez.
Color me surprised.
The hysterics to follow should be amusing.
Anybody see that coming after bondi greased the skids?
“Racism!”
Habba-Dabba Do!
Dem’s are saying the body cam video was manufactured (previous story).
Hope the charges are submitted at a venue that will give justice a chance.
Good.
I’ll believe there is justice if shes convicted and given the maximum sentence.
Where’s the video of her body slamming the ICE agent?
only fascists arrest their political opponents…
/sarcasm
Race card played, Trump card played.
No one is above the law.
Newark is 80% black and Hispanic
Any trial better not be held there
FA FO.......Game On!
This is called the “FO” part
A worthwhile announcement.
In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 05/01/2025 Vol.507, Q Day 2742, ransomnote wrote: Breitbart's article about the Dem activists storming the gates of the detention center linked to an Homeland Security X post with the video. I heard Dem Rep. McIver complaining that ICE was falsely claiming she body-slammed someone. McIver said she didn't know what body-slamming was, and wouldn't know how to do that. She said ICE was the one causing the problem.
I couldn't see much in the video at normal speed so I slowed it down. All I see is Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) wearing a bright red blazer and shoving ICE agents out of her way, while two men in suits behind seem to be directing her.
Quote from AOL.COM website: "During a press conference after the incident, McIver claimed she was "assaulted by multiple ICE officers while regional directors of ICE watched it happen."
The first three clips, below are the same incident recorded from 3 different cameras, where she is shoving an officer all the way to the gate opening. Note the two men in suits behind her - they are not involved in the shoving and seem to be trying to restrain or guide her. I wonder if either is Congressional security or handlers?
Below, duplicate clips show her shaking off a hand placed on her right arm from behind - probably one of the men accompanying her.
Below, she shoves an officer near the mayor who is being arrested. One (or both men) man behind her tries to restrain her arm and she raises it to shake him off. He may have realized she risked arrest.
The corrupt Congress Critters are just so desperate when it comes to illegals. What was the goal here? Did she want a photo op with the detained? Did she 'need' to tell him/them not to talk because Dems will get them out? Or is it that the Dems are trying to get arrested and racking up 'confrontations' to justify more extreme action later? The video shows her at fault, but part of America still watches the MSM who are featuring accusations and not footage.
Apparently, the arrival of Judge Pirro is having an effect. Dem reps and senators do not intimidate her. The law is the law-regardless. And she’s unafraid of the deep state.
