I agree with another FReepers speculation that McIvers intentionally wore bright red to call attention to herself as she tried to rush the field.

One (or both men) man behind her tries to restrain her arm and she raises it to shake him off. He may have realized she risked arrest. The corrupt Congress Critters are just so desperate when it comes to illegals. What was the goal here? Did she want a photo op with the detained? Did she 'need' to tell him/them not to talk because Dems will get them out?  Or is it that the Dems are trying to get arrested and racking up 'confrontations' to justify more extreme action later? The video shows her at fault, but part of America still watches the MSM who are featuring accusations and not footage.

 

Apparently, the arrival of Judge Pirro is having an effect. Dem reps and senators do not intimidate her. The law is the law-regardless. And she’s unafraid of the deep state.
