And we have to understand that the criteria change, based on the issue and who is president.

If a nationwide injunction would inhibit a liberal President from taking action, then liberal judges will oppose nationwide injunctions.

But if a nationwide injunction would inhibit Trump, or other Republicans, then the criteria change, and then the liberal judge will be in favor of nationwide injunctions.

I understand what I just wrote has no basis in the law. The legal standards should not change depending who is president or what issue is being discussed. But in reality, it seems that’s where we are at.

Seems like a core belief of communism — specific actions are never considered to be inherently “immoral” or “wrong”. There is no Higher Authority to declare anything to be “wrong”. The only thing that ever matters is “Who” is doing something. If a Republican does something, that makes it morally reprehensible, unconstitutional, and illegal. If a Democrat does the same thing, it’s fine and obviously backed up by centuries of legal precedence.
