n a 6-3 decision, the US Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump Administration to resume deporting illegal aliens to ‘third-party’ countries.
This means the Trump Administration’s effort to deport criminal aliens to South Sudan is back on.
The Supreme Court granted the Trump Administration’s emergency application and paused Judge Brian Murphy’s order blocking the third-country removals.
Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson dissented.
Last month US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration violated his court order to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.
...
Judge Murphy said the US must maintain custody of the dangerous aliens during the process.
Judge Murphy also ordered the US government to provide interpreters and counsel to the aliens during the interview.
President Trump fumed and said that because of the judge’s order, 8 of the most violent criminals on earth are currently being held in Djibouti, a tiny country on the Horn of Africa next to Ethiopia.
The US government doesn’t even have a detention facility in Djibouti, so 11 ICE agents are detaining the aliens in a conference room in a converted Conex shipping container on the US Naval base in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
A recent court filing revealed the hellish conditions for the ICE agents forced to live in thanks to the Biden judge.
ICE agents who are living in 100-degree heat are at risk of Malaria and rocket attacks. There are also limited sleeping quarters, limited lighting, and significant security risks.
Good news.
L
Prayers for the ICE agents and their families.
Excellent!

Big win for all Americans—whether they know it or not.
Survivor: So. Sudan
Send that sorry POS, Mr. Maryland Father of the Year FIRST. We don’t need ahos like him in our sacred country. Screw him and the skanky “judge” he rode in on.
Not tired of winning !!!
OMG - empty the prisons !!!
If they come via Mexico... Back to Mexico. If by air.. Back to whatever country they came from... By sea... Dealers choice.

Protected from escapees by being surrounded by Sudan-Ethiopia-DRC-Uganda-Kenya-Central African Republic...
Crickets from all the Justice Amy Comey Barrett haters LOL
Having been in the military, I’ve lived in worse conditions. I’m sure the ICE guys are well paid for their efforts, or at least they’d better be!
I don’t care where they ship the illegals to, their own countries or to Antarctica. Get them out and don’t allow them back in!
Pay a fair wage and we have plenty of people willing to work. If Americans think you are screwing them over you will have problems finding workers.
You will have union types that think
they are worth more than than they are. Those companies will die and be replaced by more fair market value companies.
That is why we call it a “Free Market System”
Oops. So bad, so sad for Otto Penn’s letemgoes.
Bring our ICE agents home and send Judge Murphy to tend them until the deportation can be completed.
Now, bust Murphy down to cleaning the parking ramp from 2300-0700, on weekends. Disbar, defrock, whatever they do to prevent him from ever ruling in a courtroom again.
Good.
I have heard stories about some captured Taliban who were turned over to the Northern Alliance during the Afghanistan War. Seems the head Northern Alliance dude Dostum, I think was his name, would put 40 or so captured Taliban in Conex Shipping containers and have them shipped up to the snowy mountains and dropped off. Locked in for good. I can’t personally confirm but that’s the story.
Doubt there will be.
You’ll notice some of those that dislike Judge Barrett are also not in favor of women voting.
