The Trump DOJ on Tuesday asked the US Supreme Court to intervene in and pause a lower court’s order to ground a plane that transported several dangerous aliens to South Sudan.
“The invasion of illegal aliens must end, and the conduct of our nation’s foreign policy cannot be directed by a single federal court judge,” US Attorney General Pam Bondi said.
“DOJ has asked the Supreme Court to intervene to stop this insanity so that President Trump can continue to deport the worst of the worst illegal aliens,” Bondi said.
US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee on Monday denied a Trump DOJ motion for reconsideration related to the criminal aliens deported to South Sudan.
The Boston-based judge blamed the Trump Administration for the chaos he caused with his court order grounding the plane.

Why don’t they get an immigration judge to have a quick hearing on the plane?
The idiot lower court judge decreed that the criminal illegals need to receive the same level of legal counsel in Sudan that they would have received in the US. That borders on silliness.
But compliance is easy. No one is afforded legal counsel to enter the US illegally, they can easily receive zero legal counsel in South Sudan.
EC
The Constitution is pretty clear, and it, at least the last I have heard, is the supreme law of the land, the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus can be suspended in time of invasion.
It has been done 4 times throughout our nations history and only 3 of them were performed by Congress. Get it done, now!!
More BS, would love to see Trump tell the rogue POS judge to stuff it and send the scum to Sudan. After all, Trump is the president elected by the people and the judge is a nothing burger.
