I think you are right. Too many never Trumpers in the senate. I expect the 2017 tax cuts will be allowed to expire if the RINOs and the NTs don’t get their way on Medicare and SALT. Ron Johnson wanting more cuts isn’t what is stopping things.

Allowed to expire might just be the straw that does two things. One, workers just quit. Two, they go to the 1776 approach.
