Is there any reason to think that this signals a 6-3 block that is thinking alike about a lot of similar challenges to executive action that are percolating up through the Courts to SCOTUS? Or is this very narrowly focused on only one issue that cannot be analogized and extended to other scenarios?
I think the 6-3 margin probably will work for most personnel related issues—and that is a lot of cases where the leftist judges have intervened.
It remains to be seen if it will hold on other issues.
