ATLANTA, Ga. — For the second time police in Georgia have charged a Kennebunkport man with domestic terrorism.
Francis Carroll, 22, was arrested Saturday night, police in Atlanta said. This was in connection with protests that turned violent.
Protestors took to the streets over a proposed police training facility, police said. Saturday night, a cruiser was set on fire and the windows of a bank were smashed.
The incident come after a demonstrator was killed during a police shooting last week, officials said. The trooper involved had been shot and wounded before returning fire, according to officials.
Carroll is also charged with arson, riot and criminal damage, police said.
Late December, the local district attorney said, Carroll was arrested to charges related to "violent acts and trespassing" at the planned site of a new Atlantic Public Safety Training Center."

Well, dad should have gotten him a job at Allison’s washing dishes.
“Francis M. Carroll, 22, came all way from Kennebunkport.”
Who else lives in Kennebunkport? Some famous family…

I suspect Walker Point is rarely occupied since the old man died.
We visit Kennebunkport quite often as my wife went there in summers as a kid. There is a “Democratic HQ” there. I walked in and asked very politely where the RHQ was. You’d think I yelled “fire”!
It used to be a lovely, quaint fishing and tourist town. Now you smell pot everywhere and see guys like this roaming the streets.
These savages always seem to come from wealthy families.

It used to be very prominent back in the day, on the hill just before going over the bridge.
Has a Bill Ayers vibe about him.
Sunday night will make the third night in a row they arrest him. This will continue until the Police grow tired of arresting him and the Judge releasing him. If the word was put out that he was a Trump supporter, this would change, pronto.
Walker Point is breathtaking! There are still several black Suburban SUV’s there at any time and the SS has separate housing.
That detail must be coveted.
Chances are this guy will end up teaching at an Ivy League college.
Several businesses have BLM signs in their windows. It’s quite the “woke” little village.

Well, now. Isn’t THAT an interesting turn of phrase regarding an incident where a thug shot a policeman?
Attention folks in Kennebunkport, y’all do know that Francis M. Carroll will probably be on your ballot for congress sometime in the next few ‘election’ cycles.
Perfect ruling class candidate.
Da Bushes. 🤣
No doubt.
“Late December, the local district attorney said, Carroll was arrested to charges related to “violent acts and trespassing” at the planned site...”
Why was he out to commit arson and domestic terrorism less than a month later? He is a danger to the public. Keep him in jail. Impeach whoever let him loose.
